Display options (Timers)

On the Account/Display page it is now possible to choose between more display options.

Those options are:
- Display animated server time.
- Display animated local time.
- Display end times of events (in local time).

Notes:

- The local time is the client computer time, it can have some seconds/minutes difference from the server time.
- If you put the mouse over the animated server time, you get a tooltip displaying the time the page was loaded.
