Arabic & Chinese

Hi guys, This week has seen a big step forward for AE in terms of its translation. Arabic has been launched into beta while Chinese (Simplified) is not far behind just having the finishing touches put on it. This is all the more important as these two languages will be the first non-Latin character languages for AE, a real learning experience I tell you! If you fancy trying one out click account, display and change your language. If your fluent in Arabic we would appreciate the help testing it and reporting any bugs on the forums, and of course any Chinese speakers once it's launched into beta next week :-D…

Hi guys, This week has seen the introduction of the new fleet detection time formula ingame. Some of our initial reaction was mixed but we hope that this new formula will be at the heart of making the game a bit more interesting. Fleet detection & love?

Hi guys, This week has seen a pretty significant change to the fleet detection times in game. A new formula which will slash detection times dramatically has been announced. The new formula which changes the time of detection of a 10 million fleet from an eye watering 2,777 hours to a somewhat more manageable 47 hours will be launched during the week.
