A bump on the road
Hi guys,
It's been over a month since our last blog and sadly what a month it's been. We've been through a lot together with the DDoS attacks over the month of February. Our new servers are incoming (watch this space for announcements) and our temporary DDoS protection has been implemented. We're finalising negotiations for a more permanent solution and should have it implemented soon. We're aware some players have limited issues accessing the game based on their IP, if you know anyone having trouble have them click here and follow the instructions to get back into AE. Once again we would like to thank everyone for their patience during this period.
We have been set back a few weeks in development while dealing with the situation but we're back on track and the Speed Servers first official test round is preparing to go ahead. I'll make sure to let you know how it goes and which of our testers take the crown!
The interactive map has been released as everyone’s default map now that most of the bugs have been worked out. Thanks to everyone who reported problems that needed sorted! If you find any more bugs let us know in the Bug report board on our forums. Decided you'd prefer to keep the original map? No problem, you can turn it off in your display settings. Just click 'Account' then 'Display' while ingame
In other news Friday was Xaman's 32nd birthday. Make sure to wish him a good one and many happy returns.
On that note we'll close our blog, till next time, adeus!
