Astro Empires becomes part of Cybertopia

Hi guys!

We have some exciting news to share with you all, Astro Empires has been incorporated and is now part of a full scale company. Before today Astro Empires was personal property of Wizard (nickname of the game creator), now it falls under the new company 'Cybertopia', founded by Wizard. The name means 'A utopia achieved through cyber means'.

What does this mean to you, the user? Well to be honest, not a lot! Astro Empires will continue to operate as it is now, it's name won't change nor will its staff. That said you may notice changes in our copyright information. I know the second question on everyone's lips, why? Well, it helps in the relations with others companies, open space to more staff, and new projects. Astro Empires had to come out of the personal arena.

At the moment we don't have a separate website or logo for our new company but will of course share it once it's up and running. I hope you guys will join me in wishing the new company good luck as it starts out! Welcome Cybertopia!

Now I doubt it has escaped your notice that something exciting is happening tomorrow. No? You didn’t hear? Kappa, Astro Empires 11th server is going live! What does this mean? It means at 17:00 Server Time the greatest race of all time is to take place, the race to be the FIRST of anything and everything. First on the new forum boards, first to make a guild, first to built a corvette, first to pillage, first to attack, first to a second base and don't forget first to declare war! 

Yes, with the birth of a new server the universe becomes a true hive of scum and villainy and I know you want in on it! Well be one of the first to get on Kappa and show us you can make it at the beginning of a new server!
