Starting galaxy option

When starting a new game account, the game now presents these options for selecting the starting galaxy:

Recommended galaxy – The player starts in a random galaxy from one of the less populated.

Select galaxy – The player can choose a specific galaxy to start.

The recommended galaxy replaced the Streamline option, to better spread new game accounts, avoiding new players from starting in crowd galaxies when there are others with few bases.
